We're a tight-knit team of 2 to 5 cooks, servers, and dreamers who believe great food brings people together. Every dish that leaves our window carries a piece of the South and a whole lot of heart.

Devon Carter
Role / title: Line Cook & Service Lead
Devon works the line during every service, plating up jambalaya, fried catfish, and mac & cheese with speed and precision. He's also the friendly face taking your order at breweries and street festivals.
Marissa Williams
Role / title: Operations & Catering Manager
Marissa keeps the wheels turning, managing daily pop-up schedules, brewery partnerships, and private catering bookings across the Twin Cities. If you've locked in a graduation party menu, chances are you talked to her.
Andre “Papa Drew” Williams
Role / title: Founder & Head Chef
The heart and soul behind the truck, Andre brings generations of family recipes from the South to every plate he serves. He runs the kitchen, perfects the gumbo, and greets nearly every customer by name.
